  4. Hi, I'm after some advice from Mum's of boys. I have a 10 months old son who is a little on the plump side. He was circumcised at 5 weeks old and hasn't had any problems relating to that, although he seems to have such a large fat pad over his pubic bone,

Answer: Hi, This is not an uncommon observation. Boys with a lot of supra pubic fat can look like they have a very small penis but the fat is actually disguising it. If you are worried then a check by your GP or paediatrician may be useful for your own reassurance and also to rule out any problems. You may find that as your boy grows bigger and his fat distribution changes his penis does not "disappear" into the fat pad. This is what commonly happens. Best Jane
